Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support insurance policies and claims, including processing claims, handling policy renewals, and maintaining policyholder data.
Develop and implement insurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Manage and support insurance software and systems, such as policy administration systems and claims processing tools.
Ensure smooth operations in insurance processes and resolve any operational issues efficiently.
