Job Description

  • Assess insurance-related clauses in global contracts to ensure risk mitigation and compliance.
  • Collaborate with legal and business teams to address insurance requirements in agreements.

Certification of Insurance & Compliance Monitoring:

  • Issue, review, and track Certificates of Insurance (COIs) to meet contractual obligations.
  • Maintain and monitor compliance with insurance policies and regulatory requirements.

Insurance Renewal Support:

  • Assist in the annual insurance renewal process, gathering underwriting data and supporting negotiations.
  • Coordinate with global brokers, insurers, and internal teams to ensure timely policy renewals.

Invoice Processing & Financial Coordination:

  • Manage insurance premium invoicing, allocations, and reconciliation across global business units.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

Captive Insurance Management Assistance:

  • Support captive insurance program administration, including policy issuance and claims tracking.
  • Assist in data analysis and reporting related to captive performance.

Dashboard Development & Reporting Analysis:

  • Develop risk management dashboards for data visualization and decision-making support.
  • Conduct trend analysis and reporting on claims, policy performance, and risk exposures.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in global insurance, risk management, or corporate insurance functions.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies (e.g., General Liability, Property, D&O, Cyber).
  • Experience in contract review and compliance monitoring related to insurance.
  • Proficiency in data analytics, reporting tools, and dashboard development (Excel, Power BI, Tableau preferred).
  • Familiarity with captive insurance management is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, working with global teams across time zones.
  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPCU, ARM) are a plus.
