Insurance Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategy, P&L, business growth, and distribution for the insurance vertical.
• Build and manage partnerships with insurers, brokers, and other ecosystem players.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle design, launch, and scale innovative insurance products.
• Monitor portfolio performance, claims processes, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, and operations teams to deliver seamless insurance journeys.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/CA or equivalent with 610 years experience in insurance, fintech, or banking.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulations.
• Proven track record of scaling insurance solutions and managing P&L.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Exposure to digital-first/fintech environments preferred.
