Role Description
The Insurance Distribution Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving the distribution of insurance products and delivering excellent customer service. Key tasks include building and maintaining relationships with clients, facilitating insurance brokerage activities, and promoting company products such as life, health, and general insurance. The role involves engaging with local businesses, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagaon.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Insurance, including life, health, and general insurance products
- Understanding of Finance principles and experience in Insurance Brokerage
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Self-motivation, goal-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop client relationships
- Prior experience in financial product distribution or insurance sales is an asset
- Relevant professional certifications or licenses from IRDA (preferred)
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Nagaon region (preferred)
