Role Description
This is a part-time, performance based, remote Insurance Consultant role. The Insurance Consultant will guide clients in selecting appropriate life insurance products, providing advice on financial planning and risk management. Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, assessing client needs, recommending suitable solutions, and ensuring compliance with internal and external guidelines. The consultant will also help build and maintain client relationships to foster trust and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in Insurance and Finance, including an understanding of life insurance products and risk management.
- Proficiency in Consulting and advising clients on financial and insurance-related decisions.
- Strong Customer Service skills with a focus on delivering personalized and responsive service.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and build client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills for a remote work setting.
- Previous experience in the insurance or financial industry is a plus.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
