Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Consultant, based in Burdwan. The Insurance Consultant will assist customers in selecting appropriate Bajaj Life insurance products, creating tailored financial plans, and providing expert insurance and financial advice. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, explaining policies clearly, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a high standard of customer service to help clients meet their financial and insurance goals.
Qualifications
- Insurance and Finance knowledge to guide customers in planning and securing financial goals
- Consulting and interpersonal skills to assess client needs and provide customized solutions
- Customer Service and Communication expertise to provide an excellent experience and enhance client relationships
- Organizational skills and a goal-oriented mindset to meet performance targets
- Previous experience in insurance, financial advisory, or related fields is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is desirable
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-centric approach
