Role Description
This is a full-time/part time on-site role for an Insurance Consultant located in the Cuttack district. The Insurance Consultant will engage with clients to assess their insurance needs, provide expert advice, and recommend suitable insurance policies. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining strong client relationships, offering financial consulting services, and addressing customer inquiries. The role demands effective communication and a deep understanding of the insurance and financial sectors.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance and Finance knowledge, with an understanding of industry practices and policies
- Strong Consulting skills to assess individual client needs and devise appropriate solutions
- Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain and enhance client relationships
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional interactions
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance ,Economics, or any related field is preferred
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial consulting is an advantage
