Insurance claims processing

Job Responsibilities:

✔ Handle various types of claims pertaining to Marine Cargo, Miscellaneous & Engineering Insurance

✔ Check claim intimations and register claims on the centralized portal

✔ End-to-end claim handling and processing

✔ Scrutinize claim documents through online/offline modes

✔ Verify claim eligibility as per policy terms and coverage limits

✔ Prepare Final Survey Reports based on claim admissibility

✔ Coordinate with insured clients and brokers for prompt query resolution

✔ Allocate survey assignments to surveyors

✔ Maintain Claim MIS reports

✔ Send timely reminder emails and follow up regularly with brokers/insured parties
