Insurance Broker (General - Motor, Health)

Location: Mumbai, India

We're seeking an Insurance broker professional with strong sales record to join our growing team. You will form a key part of the commercial growth team, originating the prospects, developing relationships with the leads and arrange tailored insurance solutions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage new leads for the insurance distribution in general motor and health.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions by working with our Insurance partners underwriting teams.
• Execute the tasks related to the policies issuance, CRM and renewals.
• Achieve growth metrics and hit sales targets
• An entrepreneurial ability to build sales function is an advantage.

Candidate Qualifications/Experience

• Prior experience in Insurance distribution of Insurance with a solid P&L track record.
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in the motor industry including the dealers, OEMs and SMEs.
• Any public sector program program roll out experience is a plus.
• Masters/Management degree in one of the fields Commerce, Engineering or Related fields.

Requirements

• You will either hold or willing to obtain Insurance Sales Person qualification from IRDAI. We provide assistance in obtaining it.
