Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Nagpur for an Insurance Associate (Telecaller).

Fixed salary as per experience in motor and health insurance (freshers can apply also)

Salary range from 1,50,000-2,50,000 LPA + performance based Incentives

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Familiarity with Finance and basic financial principles
• Experience with Insurance Brokerage or selling insurance products is a plus
• Ability to adapt to client needs and provide tailored solutions
• Laptop compulsary
• High school diploma required; a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is advantageous
