• You will utilize dashboard data and workflow tracking tools to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple loans across different stages.

• You will review insurance policies against defined checklists and requirements, ensuring compliance with coverage guidelines and loan conditions.

• You will maintain accurate real-time notes, updates, and status tracking within systems to support reliable reporting and audit readiness.

• You will communicate revision requests and deficiencies clearly and proactively, ensuring timely resolution of insurance gaps.

• You will support the process of requesting and obtaining insurance quotes, ensuring policies meet required standards prior to loan closing.

• You will take ownership of insurance checklist completion and validation, ensuring all documentation meets approval criteria.

• You will ensure that insurance policies are secured in advance of targeted closing dates, minimizing delays in deal execution.

• You will maintain real-time updates within the Loan Origination System (LOS) to track insurance status, approvals, and outstanding requirements.

• You will proactively identify and communicate regional or market changes impacting insurance coverage availability to management.

• You will collaborate closely with deal teams and closing managers to prioritize pipeline activities and meet critical deadlines.

• You will engage with supervisors to resolve complex issues, ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards.

• You will communicate status updates, expectations, and risks effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• You will manage multiple transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within SLA-driven environments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
