Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Agent at SBI Life Insurance. Based in Shahkot, the position allows for some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, explaining SBI Life's insurance products, assisting customers in choosing the right insurance policies, meeting sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also requires maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring follow-up for renewals and claims processing.
Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency in Insurance Sales and understanding of Insurance Brokerage
- Strong knowledge of Insurance products and Finance concepts
- Excellent Customer Service skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
- Prior experience in the insurance or financial services sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
