Role Description

The Insurance Agent will assist clients in selecting tailored insurance solutions to meet their financial and protection needs. Responsibilities include explaining policy features, identifying client needs, customizing insurance plans, generating leads, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role involves providing seamless customer service to ensure satisfaction throughout the policy lifecycle. This is a part-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic knowledge of Life Insurance products and related financial services
• Ability to assess customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
• Proficient in using digital tools and platforms to assist customers and maintain records
• Analytical thinking and detail-oriented approach
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is preferred
