This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Agency Development Manager, based in Hyderabad. The role involves fostering relationships with potential and existing insurance agents, developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the agency network, and achieving sales performance targets. Responsibilities also include conducting training sessions for agents, tracking performance metrics, and providing support to ensure the success of the agency team.
