Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor, insurance agents, Insurance Producer, Mentors, leaders based in Ranchi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for providing expert insurance and financial advice, consulting with clients to assess their needs, and tailoring insurance solutions. The role requires maintaining customer relationships, offering exceptional service, and achieving sales and service targets while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in Insurance and Financial services
- Proven skills in Consulting and providing tailored solutions to clients
- Excellent Customer Service abilities to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Outstanding Communication skills to clearly and effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site and remote responsibilities
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred
- Prior experience in the insurance industry will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
