Position: Insurance Advisor
Salary Package: ₹4.54 LPA
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home (Flexible)
Mandatory Language Criteria
- English + Tamil OR English + Telugu (Fluent verbal & written skills required)

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Warm Leads: Assist interested customers in selecting suitable insurance solutions—zero cold calling.
- Consultative Guidance: Explain policy terms, benefits, and options with clarity and transparency.
- Customer Support: Resolve queries promptly to ensure a smooth, end-to-end customer experience.
- Digital Documentation: Maintain precise customer records using digital tools and platforms.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English along with either Tamil or Telugu.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written skills with an empathetic approach.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; comprehensive training will be provided.
