Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for an Insurance Advisor based in Lucknow. The Insurance Advisor will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing consultancy on suitable insurance products, managing customer relationships, and promoting LIC's insurance offerings. The role involves both in-person engagements at LIC's branch or client locations and remote operations from home, offering a flexible work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance and Finance-related principles and products
  • Consulting and Customer Service skills to address client needs effectively
  • Strong Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and tasks independently
  • Basic understanding of sales strategies and market trends is advantageous
  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services is preferred but not mandatory
  • Graduate degree or equivalent educational qualifications
