Role Description

This is a partl-time remote role for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will assist clients in identifying suitable insurance products from our portfolio, provide tailored risk management consultations, and address customer queries to ensure seamless service delivery. The role includes reviewing client portfolios, staying informed about insurance trends, and building long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge and expertise in Insurance and Finance.
  • Experience in Consulting and delivering personalized advice to clients.
  • Strong Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction and support.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple client accounts.
  • Familiarity with general insurance products and industry trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance or related field preferred.
