Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This role involves direct client interaction, insurance portfolio reviews, and providing data-backed, tailored insurance solutions. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, curious about the insurance ecosystem, and thrives on building meaningful customer relationships.

• Location: Vile Parle East (Mumbai)
• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients via calls or digital channels to resolve queries and offer insurance recommendations.
• Review customer insurance portfolios to identify protection gaps, redundancies, or optimization opportunities.
• Stay updated on product features, claim processes, and regulatory changes across insurance categories.
• Provide clear, simple, and accurate advice to help customers make informed insurance decisions.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer insights and contribute to product/service improvement.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of interactions, reviews, and follow-up actions in CRM tools.

Required Qualifications:

• Graduated in any discipline.
• 02 years of experience in customer engagement, financial services, or insurance-related roles.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi; fluency in any additional regional language is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the insurance domain.
