This is an on-site, full-time role based in Kolkata for an Insurance Advisor. The Insurance Advisor will manage client relationships by assessing their insurance needs, explaining policies, and recommending tailored insurance solutions. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients, maintaining a portfolio of existing clients, processing insurance applications, and providing exceptional customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.

• Strong communication skills, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
• Knowledge of various insurance products and policies, with the ability to analyze client requirements
• Customer service skills to effectively address client questions and concerns
• Proficiency with computer systems for documentation and processing applications
• Ability to meet sales targets and maintain organizational standards
• Prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is an advantage
