- Conduct Site Visits as instructed by the Project Manager to assess Work Scope, Measurements and other requirements.
- Take accurate measurements of Pipes, Valves, Flanges, Tanks, Vessels and related Equipment.
- Prepare and submit BQ summaries to the Project Manager for further action.
- Coordinate with Supervisors and Project Teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
- Able to read, understand and execute Fabrication Drawings, Technical Specifications and Work Instructions accurately.
- Able to identify and select proper Insulation Materials such as Rockwool, Polyurethane (PU), Armaflex and others based on Project Requirements.
- Able to identify between different Insulation systems, including Hot and Cold Insulation applications.
- Perform Fabrication activities including measuring, marking, cutting, bending, assembling and fitting of metal cladding and insulation components using suitable tools and machinery.
- Carry out works such as grinding, drilling and finishing in accordance with Client Specifications and Quality Standards.
- Fabricate and install removable/detachable Insulation covers for valves and fittings, including preparation of patterns and jacketing materials.
- Ensure all fabricated components meet required dimensional accuracy, quality standards and project specifications.
- Support on-site installation Works when required to ensure proper fitting and alignment of Fabricated Insulation components.
- Monitor Fabrication Progress and prepare Progress Reports for submission to Supervisors.
- Assist in resolving Fabrication or Installation issues as they arise.
- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure compliance with Specifications before delivery or installation.
- Ensure Tools and Equipment are properly handled, maintained and stored after use.
- Support Project Documentation, Coordination and Reporting activities as required.
