Job DescriptionTo provide Maintenance support for AR&D labs analytical equipment's like Agilent HPLC, Waters HPLC& UPLC ,Agilent GC, Electrolab Dissolutions, UV & titrators.
Responsible for breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, spares inventory to reduce the down time of equipment.
Performing of preventive maintenance of analytical instruments in the lab as per schedules.
Installations & shifting of Instruments by coordinating with lab managers and vendor engineers and installation of equipment
Attending the breakdown calls and closing the same in minimum time
Maintaining the required spares inventory to reduce down time of the instruments and responsible for maintaining average breakdown percentage should be less than 0.5%.
Responsible for online SAP PM module documentation.
Responsible for coordinating and interacting with lab scientists for smooth operation of instruments
Key Personal Attributes:
Good knowledge on maintenance & troubleshooting skills of Analytical instruments & related software.
Good knowledge on cGLP requirements.
Operating Network
Analysts, AR&D Team Members, Engineering Team Members, Instrument Vendors & Calibration service providers
QualificationsEducational qualification: BE/B.Tech in Electronics / Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation
Minimum work experience: 3-5 years of experience
