RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare Loop Diagrams & Overall System Interconnection Diagrams.
Software: SPI (INtools) and Aveva Instrumentation, AutoCAD, MCT Sizing. Aveva Cable Routing.
Junction Box Wiring Diagrams, MCT Arrangement Drawings.
Preparation of instrument and JB schedules, Cable schedules.
Instrument & Junction Box Layouts, Cable Tray & Tube Tray Layouts.
Fire & Gas, ESD, FSD and Fusible Plug Layouts, Instrument Installation & Hook-up Diagrams.
Instrument Bulk Material Take-Off.
Work with Engineers and Designers both within and outside the discipline to ensure instruments are selected, installed, and configured for optimum operation and accuracy.
REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Instrumentation/Electrical.
5- 10 years relevant experience in the offshore Oil & Gas industry with specific experience on Instrumentation design for Offshore Oil and Gas facilities – Wellhead platforms, Fixed Process Platforms, FPSO topsides modules & Turret Mooring System.
Good knowledge of international codes & standards.
