Your impact

At Jacobs, we are seeking an experienced Instrumentation Designer to join our I&C team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Revit for instrument design, with proven relevant experience. The role requires someone who can work independently, manage competing priorities, and consistently meet tight deadlines while delivering highquality outputs.

  • 5-10 years of Experience
  • Hands on experience in Revit in instrumentation & Control/Electrical
  • Hands on experience in Revit in (ELV/PCS/BMS/EMS/ Security system/FA/PA/Telecom)
  • Preparation Hookups, cable trays and panels Location layouts
  • Preparation and checking of Material Take Off. (MTO)
  • Updating the model as per vendor drawing.
  • Working on Auto CAD.
  • Route I&C/Electrical/ ELV cable trays based on schematic.
  • Create the Schematics for I&C/Electrical/ ELV based on the Revit model.
  • Extract Revit 2D from Revit 3D

Here's what you'll need

  • Experience Range- 5-15 years, minimum 4 Years experience in Revit Design.
  • Should know Auto CAD
  • Knowledge of Navis Works Review
  • SP3D, PDMS skill sets added advantage.
  • Good communication Skill
  • Diploma in Electrical or ITI or equivalent
