Position: I&C Engineer / Automation Programmer
Qualification: BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering
Experience: 25 Years (Preferred in Manufacturing / Solar Industry)
Location: Kim, Surat.
Industry: Solar / Manufacturing / Automation
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, program, and troubleshoot PLC-based automation systems.
- Handle automation systems, sensors, and control panels used in production machines.
- Maintain and support PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems for smooth machine operations.
- Work with solar module manufacturing machines such as Stringer, Laminator, Framing Line, and other automated equipment.
- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams for automation-related issues.
- Monitor machine performance and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Perform preventive maintenance and diagnostics for automation systems.
- Ensure proper documentation of automation programs, wiring diagrams, and system configurations.
Required Skills
- PLC Programming (Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi / Allen Bradley preferred)
