Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Commissioning of Field Instruments such as:
- Pressure & DP Transmitters
- Temperature Sensors & Transmitters
- Flow & Level Transmitters
- On-Off & Control Valves
- Switches, Proximity Sensors
- pH, ORP & Conductivity Meters
- Weighing Balances
- Troubleshooting & Maintenance of field instruments, PID Controllers & Data Loggers
- Understanding Panel Drawings and troubleshooting Automation Panels (PLC, HMI & SCADA)
- Loop checking & feedback testing of process instruments
- Reading JB drawings and resolving breakdown issues
- Minimizing plant breakdown time during daily operations
- Coordination with cross-functional departments during maintenance activities
- Ensuring SOP compliance, GEP adherence & safety standards during execution
