Instrumentation and Control Engineer

Position: C&I Engineer

Experience: 15-20 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Controls & Instrumentation (C&I) design and detailed engineering for

combined cycle and thermal power plant projects.

• Develop control system architecture, control philosophies, logic diagrams, and system

integration for DCS/PLC/SCADA systems.

• Prepare Instrumentation Design Basis, specifications, layouts, cable engineering, and field

instrumentation designs.

• Handle BOP instrumentation engineering and interface with OEM packages (GT, ST, HRSG,

vendor skids).

• Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with project specifications and industry

standards.

• Support and participate in FAT, SAT, commissioning, and site activities.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams, OEMs, contractors, and site personnel

throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Instrumentation / Electrical / Electronic Engineering

• Master's Degree preferred

Experience

• 15–20 years of experience in Controls & Instrumentation engineering

• Proven experience in combined cycle and thermal power plants
