Responsibilities
- Projects execution of field instrumentation, control panels, cable tray and cables etc. as per latest approved drawing and documents. Ability to review newer technologies and adopt them
- Coordination with other department for smooth execution of project and should be good team player.
- Ensure adherance to Adani Project execution quality standards.
- Understanding of all Project engineering drawings like P&ID, cable schedules, GA drawings, BOQs, IO List, Interlock sheet, control philosophy, hook-up drawing, signal flow diagrams,TDS etc.
- Basic knowledge of PLC & DCS systems.
- Prepare Project documents like checksheets, installation protocols, As built drawing markups during and after project completion.
- Safety awareness and implementation.
- Coordinate to the Erection and Commissioning Contractors.
- Understanding of Instrumentation commissioning activities like loop check, logic checks, trials runs and project documentation for system handover.
- Coordination with OEM, Service Engineers.
- Follow necessary compliances as per HSE/QMS guideline.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: B.E / B.Tech
Experience: 5 -10 Years
