Instrument Tube Fitter – Job Description
Position: Instrument Tube Fitter
Location: Abu Dhabi / UAE

Job Responsibilities:
Install, fabricate, bend and route instrument tubing as per drawings and specifications.
Perform tubing work for instrumentation systems, including impulse lines and pneumatic connections.
Read and interpret P&ID, instrument hook-up drawings, isometric drawings and tubing layouts.
Carry out tube cutting, deburring, bending, fitting and installation.
Install tube fittings, valves, manifolds and related instrumentation components.
Ensure proper alignment, support and cleanliness of tubing systems.
Perform leak testing, pressure testing and troubleshooting of tubing connections.
Follow project HSE procedures, quality standards and site requirements.
Coordinate with instrument technicians, supervisors and other site teams.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safe working practices.
Requirements:
ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
Relevant experience as an Instrument Tube Fitter in oil & gas, petrochemical, refinery or industrial projects.
Experience with SS tubing, compression fittings and instrumentation hook-ups.
Ability to read instrumentation drawings and work independently.
UAE/GCC project experience preferred.
