Job Title: Instrument Supervisor

Education: Diploma/BE in Instrument

Experience: Min 5 Yrs

Location: Navi Mumbai, Mumbai

JD:

-To play role of core team member for, (Implementation, Testing, troubleshooting)

-SAP Plant maintenance

-SAP MDM (Material Data Management)

-To Analyzing SAP reports, functional documents.

-To prepare monthly reports.

-Technical knowledge in maintenance of LV systems like Fire alarm, Access control,

-EPAB, PA System, CCTV, VESDA, Rodent, UPS, OCEMs PM activities.

-Depth knowledge and Experience in troubleshooting of Gauges, sensors, switches,

-controllers, Transmitters (Temperature, Pressure, Flow, PH, Level) for Breakdown

-Maintenance, preventive maintenance and calibration, .

-Ensure cable termination/gland and reliable power source to instruments & systems

-Fill calibration report, checklist, daily log sheet etc.

-Accountable & responsible for the deviations due to instrument failure

-Contribute to management of spares inventory along with collection/deposition at stores

-Ensure & maintain housekeeping in area of ownership through instrument cleaning by self or with the help of contract

workmen

-Performing SAP PM services at the shop floor. (Integrity for SAP implementation)
