Description
We are seeking an experienced Instrument Maintenance Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting a variety of instrumentation systems used in industrial applications.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular maintenance and calibration of instruments to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and repair instrumentation issues in a timely manner.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of service and repairs.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure instrumentation reliability.
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
- Assist in the installation of new instruments and systems as required.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-14 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems, including sensors, controllers, and actuators.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Familiarity with calibration techniques and equipment.
- Experience with process control systems and automated instrumentation is a plus.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in instrumentation maintenance.
