The Instrument Job Performer will be responsible for the installation, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems in various industrial applications. This role requires a skilled professional who can ensure the accurate performance of instruments and support the overall operational efficiency of the team.
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, calibration, and maintenance of various instruments and control systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of instrumentation to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement instrumentation solutions for projects.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to instrumentation operations and maintenance activities.
- Provide training and support to junior team members regarding instrumentation best practices.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
- Strong knowledge of process control principles and instrumentation technologies.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to instrumentation.
- Experience with calibration and maintenance of various types of instruments (e.g., pressure, temperature, flow).
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose instrumentation issues efficiently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
