Position: Junior Instrumentation Design Engineer (Any gender candidate)
Experience: Min 3 years +
Expected Salary range: 4- 5 LPA (depends on current CTC)
Position: Senior Instrumentation Design Engineer (Any gender candidate)
Experience: Min 6 years +
Expected Salary range: 6-8 LPA (depends on current CTC)
Must Have: Should have min 3-6 years exp. as Instrumentation Design Engineer

Qualification: Any Diploma & B.E/B.Tech
Job Description
Review and Comments on P & IDs.
Preparation of deliverables like Instrument Index, Input/ Output List and Instrument specifications, JB and Air Header Scheduling, BOQ as per relevant codes and standards.
Preparation of Basic DCS Architecture as per client requirement
Floating Enquiries to various Vendors and Contractors.
Preparation of Technical Bid Analysis for Instruments, Instrumentation Tender and provide Recommendation Letter for the same to the Client.
Meeting and Coordinating with Control System Vendor.
Review and Comments on Control System Hardware, Software.
Marking Location of Instruments, Air Header and Remote Input-Output Panels on Equipment Layout.
Grouping Input & Output for RIO Panels.
Preparation of Air Header Schedule, Cable Schedule and Junction Box Schedule.
Approving General Arrangement Drawings, Material test Certificate, Quality Assurance Plan of Field instruments, Control Panel.
Inspection of Junction Box.
Inspection of 3 Position ON-OFF Valves.
Preparing Hookups, Loop wiring Diagrams.
Estimation of the project cost for bidding.
Responsible for the procurement of the instruments such as gauges, Pressure Transmitter, DP type level Transmitter, Temperature Transmitter, Control Valves, On-Off valves, PRV, PSV.
Responsible for preparation of document required for procurement such as Technical Datasheet.
Responsible for getting Technical Clearance from Clients consultant of TDS.
Preparation of Procurement management document i.e Procurement Tracking list.
Inspection of the instruments.
Verification of DCS documents such as General Arrangement Diagrams, Internal Arrangement Diagrams,
Power distribution Diagrams, Cabinet Drawing, Networking cabinet Arrangement, Verifying BOQ.
Review of Vendor documents like HDS, SDS, FS, DQ, FAT, SAT, IQ & OQ
