Role Description

Instructors will design and deliver curriculum-aligned sessions, develop learning materials, and provide mentorship to diverse learners. Responsibilities include conducting workshops, engaging in hands-on demonstrations, evaluating progress, and ensuring learners acquire a strong foundational understanding of complex scientific concepts and their applications. Instructors will also collaborate with the academic and research teams to refine program content and align with the latest advancements in their respective fields.

Qualifications

• Strong subject-matter expertise in AI/ML, Quantum & Space Science, with the ability to teach at a level suitable for Grades 6-12 and beyond.
• Minimum qualification: Master's degree in the respective or closely related field, OR Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1–2 years of teaching experience, OR PhD students in the relevant area are more than welcome to join.
• ·Strong communication in English is essential; you must be able to explain concepts clearly and give feedback effectively to learners and parents.
• Ability to use learning tools and visuals to demonstrate concepts; you should be comfortable with hands-on demos, simulations, diagrams, and other teaching aids.
• Genuine passion for teaching and mentoring; you enjoy breaking down complex ideas and supporting learners of varying backgrounds and paces.
• Flexible work mode: remote, in-person (Hyderabad), or hybrid, depending on program needs and your preference.
