Job Description

We are looking for experienced Instructional Designers with strong expertise in learning architecture, eLearning development, visual design standards, accessibility, and AI-powered content creation.

Must-Have Skills

Instructional Design Frameworks: ADDIE, SAM, Backward Design, and Bloom's Taxonomy.

eLearning Authoring Tools: Hands-on proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 and/or Rise 360.

Learning Content Development: Course outlines, learning objectives, video/audio scripts, visual storyboards, infographics, and assessments.

Visual Design & Style Guides: Establish design standards, writing guidelines, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency.

Accessibility: Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 standards, including color contrast, font legibility, and inclusive design.

LMS Administration: Course setup, enrollment, content sequencing, learner access controls, tracking, and reporting.

SCORM: Course packaging, LMS uploads, and troubleshooting content delivery issues.

Quality Assurance: Content accuracy, proofreading, accessibility compliance, functionality testing, and assessment alignment.

SME Collaboration: Gather, validate, and synthesize technical and business requirements through interviews, workshops, and feedback sessions.

Generative AI: Practical experience using ChatGPT, Claude, or similar AI tools to improve content development workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Learning amp; Development, Education, or a related field.Experience with Camtasia or similar video production tools.Hands-on experience with version control systems.

Professionals with 7+ years of instructional design experience and strong hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360/Rise 360, learning design frameworks, LMS administration, WCAG 2.1, and AI-assisted content development are encouraged to apply.
