Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-orientedInstructional Designerto join our dynamic content and learning design team. You will be responsible for creating engaging, effective, and learner-centric digital learning experiences aligned with curriculum goals. This role requires a deep understanding of pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment strategy, and proficiency in using authoring tools and LMS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop curriculum-aligned digital learning content for the coding and robotics program.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), graphic designers, animators, and video teams to develop engaging instructional materials.
- Create storyboards, scripts, lesson plans, books, and digital assets for asynchronous and synchronous learning.
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy, Gagne's Nine Events, etc.) to structure content.
- Conduct needs analysis to determine learning goals and target audience profiles.
- Design formative and summative assessments to evaluate learning effectiveness.
- Review and iterate content based on feedback from internal teams, educators, and learners.
- Ensure content is inclusive, age-appropriate, and aligned with Infinity Learn's pedagogy principles.
Technical Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in instructional design or content development.
- Must be from a technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields).
- Well-versed in coding languages such as Python and C.
- Ability to explain and simplify technical concepts into student-friendly content.
- Preferred experience in creating content for coding, robotics, AI, or STEM programs.
