Instructional Designers

LanceSoft is looking for a talented Instructional Designer to join our team in a contract-to-hire role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Apply instructional design concepts and adult learning theories to develop effective training materials.

- Create storyboards and PowerPoint presentations for various training formats, including eLearning, Instructor-Led Training (ILT), and Virtual ILT (vILT).

- Collaborate with client Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and clarify expectations, ensuring that materials meet client specifications.

- Utilize content authoring tools (experience with Whatfix, WalkMe, etc. is desirable) to develop high-quality training content.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong instructional design background.

- Excellent written communication skills in English.

Desired Skills

- Experience in storyboarding and creating training content specifically for eLearning, ILT, and vILT formats.
