POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for design and development of e-learning courseware for various modules; creating and maintaining PPTs, tutorials, and managing the internal LMS and other ad hoc knowledge management documentation deliverable.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop SCORM compliant e-learning courseware using authoring tools, specifically Adobe Captivate
- Creation of software simulation tutorials with text to speech
- Creation of quizzes and assessments
- Create PPTs from the content provided
- Collaborate with on-site team to ensure smooth delivery of the projects
- Maintenance of e-learning courseware for various versions of the module
- Administering the LMS
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in designing and developing e-learning course ware
- Experience working with an LMS
- Knowledge of instructional design concepts -story boarding, summative assessment, and formative assessments
- Strong analytical knowledge to be able to understand and analyse the functionalities of the product
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather information
- Ensure delivery of quality course ware by following review and delivery processes and procedures
- Ensure strict adherence to the delivery schedules and style guide compliance
- Independent, self-driven, and collaborative
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work well in a team, and with minimum supervision
Qualification: Should have a Bachelor or Master degree from reputed university with good command over English
Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience.

Product Documentation skills and convert to story boards
Basic HTML
Screen Capturing tools
Document Authoring tools – MS Word and PPT
