About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer who can design impactful learning experiences using proven frameworks like Bloom's Taxonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging e-learning modules and training content
Apply Bloom's Taxonomy to create structured learning objectives (Remember, Understand, Apply, Analyze, Evaluate, Create)
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and refine content
Develop storyboards, scripts, and assessments
Ensure content is interactive, learner-centric, and outcome-driven
Review and improve existing training material
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Basic understanding of instructional design principles and Bloom's Taxonomy
Good written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, etc. preferred)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
