An organisation dedicated to making the ancient wisdom of Garbh Sanskar (conscious pregnancy) accessible to modern mothers. Our work is rooted in original Indian scriptures. After months of scriptural research, millions of views on Instagram, and countless conversations with mothers walking this path, we're now building ever online course

And we're looking for someone special to help us shape it.

*What we're building*

An online course for expecting and aspiring mothers. The content is deep, it spans ancient Ayurvedic wisdom, daily practices, and the science of conscious pregnancy. The challenge is to design it in a way that holds attention, creates real transformation

This isn't another pregnancy course. It's something women will live through during one of the most sacred phases of their lives.

*Who we're looking for*

An Instructional Designer (or Learning Designer / Course Architect) who:

* Has designed successful online courses before - with proof of engagement or testimonials we can look at

* Deeply understands the nuances of attention - pacing, rhythm, where to place reflection vs. information vs. practice, when to surprise, when to slow down

* Has worked on cohort-based or self-paced video courses (not corporate L&D -different muscle)

*What you'll do*

* Take our research and content vision and translate it into a complete course blueprint

* Decide what to include, what to cut, and how to sequence it for maximum depth and retention

* Design the daily flow - length, format, where reflection happens, what homework looks like, where the breakthroughs land

* Advise on student experience - how a mother should feel on Day 1 vs. Day 4 vs etc

* Hand over a clear blueprint we can then build content against

* *Type:* Project-based / freelance (not retainer)

* *Location:* Remote, but we love working closely
