Role: Instructional Designer Learning & Development

Exp-6-12 yrs

Job Summary

  • Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences that enable employee performance and business outcomes in a technology-driven financial environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop e Learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions
  • Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and content
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
  • Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness
  • Analyze training metrics and continuously improve learning programs
  • Facilitate training sessions and support learners and trainers

Required Skills

  • Strong instructional design and L&D expertise
  • Hands-on experience with e Learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

  • LMS administration experience
  • Multimedia and graphic design exposure
  • Training facilitation experience
  • FinTech or BFSI domain understanding
