Responsibilities
- Design and develop e Learning, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions
- Collaborate with SMEs to define learning objectives and content
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
- Create assessments and evaluation tools to measure learning effectiveness
- Analyze training metrics and continuously improve learning programs
- Facilitate training sessions and support learners and trainers
Required Skills
- Strong instructional design and L&D expertise
- Hands-on experience with e Learning authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate)
- Knowledge of adult learning theories
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
- LMS administration experience
- Multimedia and graphic design exposure
- Training facilitation experience
- FinTech or BFSI domain understanding
