Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Bengaluru for an Instructional Designer. The primary responsibilities include designing instructional content, presenting information in the most effective formatthrough media, technology, or a blended approach. The Instructional Designer owns the learning and consumption experience, ensuring content is intuitive, engaging, and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze how different audiences consume information and data.
- Gather requirements through targeted questioning and stakeholder engagement.
- Define the most effective format for content delivery:
- Visual, interactive, video, or written
- Technology-based solutions or blended media
- Design learning flows, journeys, and content structures.
- Convert complex data into intuitive, consumable experiences.
- Collaborate with Technical Writers, designers, engineers, and facilitators.
- Oversee creation of instructional assets and review for clarity and usability.
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance metrics.
Skills & Experience
- Engineering or technical background with 2-5 years of experience (preferred).
- Strong analytical and user-centered thinking.
- Experience designing instructional or learning content.
- Ability to work across multiple formats and media.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and varied audiences.
- Familiarity with instructional design tools, media platforms, or tech solutions.
