We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to design and develop high-quality eLearning lessons. The ideal candidate will have experience creating interactive, learner-centered content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design engaging lesson content for digital learning modules.
- Develop instructional strategies that balance delivering value with readability and learner engagement.
- Structure lessons for optimal retention, focusing on early content to maximize learner engagement.
- Ensure lessons are clear, concise, and conversational.
- Incorporate visuals, screenshots, or interactive elements using Rise 360 or other eLearning tools.
- Review and revise content based on feedback to ensure accuracy, clarity, and engagement.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Designer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and eLearning best practices.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, capable of creating a warm, conversational tone.
- Proficiency in Rise 360 for creating interactive, engaging eLearning modules.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present actionable solutions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
