Instructional Designer

Design and develop engaging storyboards for immersive self-paced eLearning modules

Script and storyboard video content for learning programmes, including collaboration with video

production teams to ensure high quality output.

Use authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Lectora and Vyond to build interactive

learning experiences.

Apply Instructional Design principles to create learner-centric content that aligns with business goals.

Integrate AI tools to automate content creation, personalise learning paths, and enhance learner

engagement.

Collaborate with subject matter experts and other relevant stakeholders to ensure instructional integrity

and visual appeal.

Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure content meets accessibility, inclusivity and writing standards.

Stay updated with emerging trends in learning technologies and instructional design.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning development or related field.

Proven experience in storyboarding for eLearning and video content.

Critical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements:

Proficiency in authoring tools: Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Vyond (or similar).

Familiarity with AI tools for content automation and enhancement.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience working in corporate or enterprise learning environments.

Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORMS/xAPI standards
