Capabilities, Experience & Qualification Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead & innovate in instructional design and learning strategy, preferably in the Banking/Fraud Sector.
- Learning needs analysis, design and development of sophisticated learning programs, evaluation of success against strategic business metrics and goals.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage, build relationships and influence stakeholders from executives through to entry-level colleagues.
- Expertise in application of regulatory and accessibility standards (such as WCAG) in learning design and implementation.
- Deep understanding and application of relevant Andragogy theory in a corporate learning environment.
- Proven application of ADDIE methodology end-to-end to successfully drive key measures of success
Experience
- 3+years working in an instructional design or capability role for a large, complex organisation
- Involvement in defining processes and governance for managing performance support repositories
- Familiarity with change management and project management practices and activities
- Experience in customer-facing roles with demonstrated customer centricity
Key Accountabilities
- Instructional design for customised learning solutions across multiple role types
- Consultation on design and implementation of learning strategy
- Collaborate with change initiators, business stakeholders, projects and capability teams
- Implement sustainable performance support and knowledge management practices
- Management of governance processes for instructional material & learning practice
- Support uplift of learning & training capability for training consultants including establishing and running an ongoing Community of Practice
Qualification Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications are not essential but any qualification and experience in Banking and Finance in line with the demands of the role are viewed beneficially.
- Formal learning or qualification in instructional technology, design or corporate training is preferred.
