Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Instructional Designer/E-Learning Content Developer. The role involves designing and developing effective e-learning courses and training materials. Key responsibilities include conducting needs analysis, creating instructional materials, developing curriculum plans, managing learning management systems, and supporting training and development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Instructional Design and Needs Analysis
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Learning Management
• Experience in Training & Development strategies and methodologies
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Familiarity with e-learning tools and software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field
• Experience in creating engaging digital learning experiences is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

EdTech or e-learning experience

Background in Finance, IT, AI, or STEM

Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, etc.)
