Instructional Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to craft impactful learning experiences. You will be responsible for transforming complex information into engaging and effective training materials that drive knowledge retention and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning activities and develop course content to support learning retention and real-world application.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify learner needs and translate them into clear instructional goals.
• Define instructional objectives and ensure content aligns with those goals.
• Visualize and design instructional graphics, user interfaces, and final course outputs.
• Conduct thorough learner and context analysis to tailor training materials effectively.
• Develop assessments and criteria to evaluate learning outcomes and effectiveness.
• Maintain and organize all course assets, documentation, and project files throughout the development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in instructional design with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of learning theories and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Kirkpatrick).
• Expertise in lesson and curriculum planning.
• Strong visual design skills with tools such as Adobe Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Ability to storyboard and visualize learning paths effectively.
• Excellent writing skills—capable of creating clear instructional copy, scripts for audio/video, and training materials.
