Instructional Designer

Description

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in creating instructional materials and developing engaging e-learning courses. This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to analyze learning needs and design effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze learner needs and performance requirements to design effective instructional materials.
• Develop engaging and interactive course content using e-learning tools and authoring software.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.
• Evaluate and revise existing instructional materials based on feedback and assessment results.
• Implement instructional design best practices to enhance the learning experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in instructional design or a related field.
• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and online training platforms.
