Roles & Responsibilities:
- Gather learning requirements through needs assessments with SMEs and stakeholders.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop effective learning solutions.
- Design storyboards, scripts, and learning plans aligned with objectives.
- Develop interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) and other tools.
- Create and integrate multimedia content (audio, video, simulations, gamification).
- Update and refine content based on feedback.
- Maintain project documentation and course repositories.
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience in instructional design/eLearning.
- Proficient in Articulate Storyline & Rise, Camtasia, Canva; basic HTML/CSS/JS.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models and interactive learning strategies.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and virtual teams.
- Exposure to AI-driven learning, microlearning, blended learning, and VILT (preferred).
- Creative, detail-oriented, strong communicator; adaptable and collaborative.
